Laylax Airsoft Warranty & Returns Policy

At Laylax Airsoft, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of the airsoft accessories. Our products are designed to provide enhanced performance and aesthetics when used correctly. However, it is essential to note that our warranty policy is specifically tailored to protect both the customer and our company from any undue claims.

Please read the following terms carefully:

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE 
Laylax Airsoft warrants its accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only the mechanical components of our accessories.

2. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY 
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, modification, or any other misuse of the accessories. The warranty is void if the accessory is installed incorrectly or by someone without sufficient knowledge or expertise.  

Damage to the original product to which the accessory is affixed is not covered under this warranty. Laylax Airsoft shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the original airsoft product during or after the installation of our accessories.  

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any accessories that have been altered or modified after purchase.

3. INSTALLATION  
The installation of our accessories should be performed by a knowledgeable person or a professional with experience in handling airsoft equipment. Improper installation may result in damage to both the accessory and the product to which it is attached, which is not covered by our warranty.

4. IMPACT ON ORIGINAL PRODUCT
Installing custom parts, such as those made by Laylax Airsoft, may void the original manufacturer’s warranty of the product they are installed on. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the warranty terms of their original product before installing any custom accessories.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Laylax Airsoft's liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion, within the warranty period. We shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including, but not limited to, damage to property, loss of value, or personal injury.

6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS 
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Claims should be submitted to our customer service team within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the accessory and determine whether the claim is valid under the terms of this policy.

7. RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.  

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or modified accessories  

  • Items that have been installed or used  

  • Products not purchased directly from Laylax Airsoft

Return Process:  
A) Contact our customer service team at sales@laylaxairsoftparts.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  


B) Pack the item securely with the original packaging and include a copy of the purchase receipt.  


C) Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number.

Refunds:  
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-20 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Conditions:  
Items damaged due to improper handling or installation will not be eligible for a return or refund.  

Custom parts may void the warranty of the original product they are installed on, and Laylax Airsoft will not be liable for such issues.
