Built on the M1911A1 CO2GBB platform, this “Limited” model features fully treated slide and frame parting lines, Cerakote applied to all exterior components, and weighted walnut wood grips for enhanced balance and realism.

Historically Accurate Details
This edition focuses heavily on late–World War II specification details inspired by period Colt's Manufacturing Company Government Models:
Authentic Engraving
Reproduces the Colt “Prancing Horse” marking seen in the latter half of WWII production.
Chamfered Slide & Receiver Front
Edges are chamfered to reflect period manufacturing, originally intended to prevent leather holsters from catching when soldiers cocked the pistol against the holster interior.
Under-Trigger Guard Geometry
WWII-era production limitations resulted in a gentler radius under the trigger guard compared to later high-grip variants introduced after machinery upgrades in the 1960s. This contour is faithfully replicated.
19 Slide Serrations
True to military specification, the slide features 19 serrations — one more than the modern 18-cut configuration.
