The KSC Airsoft Tokarev TT-33 X-Comp Gas Blowback Pistol Heavy Weight Slide is tactical reinterpretation of a historic military sidearm, blending classic simplicity with modern enhancements.
 
This model recreates a modernized custom variant of the iconic TT33 platform. It faithfully reproduces a “safe trigger” function that locks the trigger under normal conditions, reflecting contemporary safety adaptations often seen in Eastern European custom builds.
 
The heavyweight (HW) slide is paired with an aluminum alloy muzzle brake–style compensator, increasing forward mass and intensifying perceived blowback recoil when driven by the System 7 engine.
 
For a more traditional appearance, the compensator can be replaced with the included barrel bushing, allowing users to switch between modern tactical styling and the original streamlined configuration.
 
The package also includes a magazine bumper with retention ring, reinforcing its custom combat aesthetic. This model successfully merges the raw simplicity of the original design with modern tactical refinements.
 
TT33 History
The original TT33 was designed by Fedor Tokarev and adopted by the Soviet Union in 1933.
It was chambered in 7.62×25mm Tokarev, a high-velocity cartridge derived from the earlier 7.63×25mm Mauser round.
The TT33 is known for its simple Browning-style short-recoil system and single-action trigger mechanism.
Due to its rugged construction and ease of manufacture, it was widely produced and copied in multiple countries, including China, Yugoslavia, and others throughout Eastern Europe.
Many surplus and modernized TT variants were later customized with added safeties or compensators to meet updated handling standards.
