The gearbox features a half-split design, with only the right side split vertically. This allows the drive system and air compression sections to be assembled separately, reducing the likelihood of misalignment when closing the gearbox. Unlike a fully split structure, it simplifies the alignment of gears, pistons, and tappet plates, improving overall maintenance efficiency.
 
Significantly Reduced Wiring Damage with External Wiring!
To prevent pinion gear damage to the wiring, the design routes the wiring externally along the gearbox.
 
High-Strength Material with Over 100,000 Rounds Tested!
Made from high-strength materials, the gearbox’s internal components, which endure significant friction, are coated with a smooth Teflon finish. This design has passed a durability test of over 100,000 rounds (based on our standards) and can handle standard setups as well as high-stress configurations like high-cycle settings.
 
Spring Replacement without Gearbox Disassembly.
Thanks to the easy access spring guide system, you can replace the spring without disassembling the gearbox. The dedicated spring guide features a thrust bearing to reduce resistance during spring compression. The guide's contact surface is made from a self-lubricating, wear-resistant rotating tornado shaft material. This double-smooth effect minimizes resistance and stress, maximizing spring performance.
